ebay "catalog"

I got an ebay catalog in the mail yesterday. It's the weirdest thing; it looks just like a regular catalog, it shows products and either "average" or "starting from" prices of items that apparently have been bought/sold on ebay in a 90 period from February through April. So it tells you that there are chrome faucets available starting from $24.99 and it provides the search term (CHROME FAUCET) that you should use.

It's a nice looking catalog with good production values. And although I never would have thought of the concept, I bet a lot of people will now go looking for Ralph Lauren sheets (new from $11.99) just because they're featured on page 13.

Weird.
