Comment: In my naivete, I thought that BirdZerk and company were the mascots of the Clearwater Threshers. I was oh so wrong. It was just serendipity that we happened to be at the ballpark for BirdZerk's only scheduled Clearwater appearance.

I didn't know BirdZerk wasn't the official mascot either, but I'm glad to find out since I couldn't put together how a "thresher" and "bird" went together (unless you're talking about a food chain which is icky and disturbing!)
I'm sure I would have had fun either way but BirdZerk really did make it that much more enjoyable. Good call to go to that game!!
BirdZerk will be @ the Indianapolis Indians game in July if you want to plan ahead. I will be in Indiana in July too. :)
