I have to say my initial reaction was that it was ludicrous that a comma could give a company an out on their contract. (Perhaps this is from my latent dislike of the grammar police??) Then I saw the actual sentence in question - I had a hard time NOT reading it correctly. I thought it would be something minor (talk of getting out English books) which is why I initially found it annoying. However, given the mistake...ha! They totally got what they deserve.
I'm glad you exist for reasons beyond punctuation. For instance, I love your blog! ;)
